This is roughly the step-by-
step process as a deal is
worked:
Mason's Kreations works
out paint details using
email with photos, US mail,
phone, etc. Of course
theres always face to
face Excellent
communication is assured.
If the customer is local to
Mason's Kreations, we can
provide services to remove
the bike’s metal for paint.
Otherwise, the customer
removes his parts, boxes
them up, and ships them
out. UPS Ground (or
similar) works well.
Mason's Kreations
receives boxes and emails
confirmation to customer.
Emails with photos sent
at all points of the
process. The customer
approves work that is
being done before we go
on to the next step.
At Mason's Kreations,
we use a 10 step prep
and paint process:

Chemically strip off all
old paint
2.
Bead blast all metal
3.
Epoxy chromate primer
all pieces
4.
Guide coat and block
sand all pieces
5.
Epoxy seal all pieces
6.
3-4 coats base color
depending on the shade
7.
3-4 urethane clear coat
all pieces
o
1000 grit wet sand
8.
Art work or decals at
this point
9.
3-4 urethane clear coats
10.
2000 color sand and
buff all pieces
The final product is
photographed and sent
to owner. The owner
accepts the work before
it is boxed and shipped.
Photos and tracking info
are emailed.
